Thanks for reading the terms of use. Not many do. We appreicate your diligence. There is some legal jargon but basically we promise to do our best to give you an estimate of your cost to attend Augsburg but it's not perfect and things might change that are out of our control. Your privacy is also important to us. We aren't sharing your information outside of Augsburg. We'll use it to check our own numbers later, send you important information if relevant, and while we have no reason to at this time, we may share this information with others on campus.

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICE. Your use of the Net Price Calculator is subject to the following Terms of Use ("Terms"). By accessing and using the Net Price Calculator, you agree to the terms and conditions of these Terms. If you are not willing to be bound by these terms, do not access and use the Net Price Calculator.

Augsburg University ("Institution") may change these Terms from time to time. Upon any change in the Terms, Institution will add a dated amendment to this terms of use. Your continued use of the Net Price Calculator constitutes an affirmative: (a) acknowledgement by you of the Terms and its modifications; and (b) agreement by you to abide and be bound by these Terms and their modifications. Institution reserves the right to modify the Net Price Calculator with or without notice to you. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Net Price Calculator shall be subject to these Terms.

2. The Net Price Calculator is used as a tool to help students receive a general idea of their cost of education. It is based on our best calculations of federal and state aid policies as well as institutional charges and aid. Any of these items may change. The tool is not meant to provide exact figures. Once admitted to the instiutions students should submit their FAFSA and any additional requested documents. Only then are we able to provide exact costs to a student.

3. DATA; PRIVACY POLICY. You acknowledge and agree that any and all information submitted by you in connection with your use of the Net Price Calculator ("Data") shall be treated in accordance with Institution's privacy policy http://augsburg.edu. The institution may use data for comparative figures, general data analysis, recruiting and share it with other departments inside the institution that have a business use for the data. Your information will not be shared with any external source.

4. MISCELLANEOUS. These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any conflicts of laws principles. Both parties agree that the sole venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be within the state of Minnesota. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed or construed as a waiver of any statutory or constitutional immunities to suit. These Terms shall inure to the benefit of both the Institution and its Licensors, which shall be express third party beneficiaries, and shall be enforceable by and for the benefit of each. If any provision of these Terms is, for any reason, held to be invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions of these Terms will remain enforceable and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified so that it is valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any waiver or failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion will not be deemed a waiver of any other provision or of such provision on any other occasion.
