Group Visit Request Form

Thanks for the interest in coming to Augsburg with your students! Before filing out this form, please be aware of our group visit policies.

Augsburg University Group Visit Policies:

Augsburg University Admissions Office welcomes high school students grades 10-12 to visit campus on designated days during the academic year. These visits include a 60 minute tour and 30 minute counselor presentation, but other elements can be added if available.

Due to space and staffing limitations on campus, groups cannot be more than 50 students per group. We require that you have one chaperone per every 10 students in attendance.

If you are looking to have lunch on campus while attending the group visit, please indicate in the form below, and know that we will not be able to take cash when purchasing lunch.

We require all student to be registered prior to the event. A registration link will be sent to the lead contact prior to your visit.

Do you plan on having/bringing lunch on campus?

Yes, we plan to eat in the cafeteria. I understand that I am responsible the cost and will pay via a credit card before lunch.

Unfortunately, we are not able to cover the cost of lunch for group visits. Lunch in our cafeteria is around $11.07 per student (after tax), and cash is not accepted. Food is not tax-exempt.
