About Me: I have spent most of my professional career working in K-12, transitioning into higher education after completing my masters. As a first generation college student, I navigated undergraduate and graduate college search processes on my own and know the barriers to opportunity in higher education. My passion for learning, equitable access, and creative solutions are driving factors in my educational philosophy. On a personal note, I am one of three kids and love spending time at the lake with family and friends, reading, and traveling the globe. We also have a new addition to our family, a puppy named Finley, who keeps us on our toes!
